Don't participate in activities, talk or actions that do not live up to who you are. Always honor who you are at all times. Live with the integrity that you so richly value. Never lower your standards... once you do, it's a slippery slope that never ends well.

Figure out your values, morals and needs, stick to them and live by them. Write a mission statement for yourself and your family and make sure that all you do is in line with your mission. It is an easy thing to do and will help keep you on track.... and remember, NO ONE can make you lower or raise your standards... only you!

Don't Give Up!

There are challenges in life that we all face, every single day. Don't give up... sometimes things seem very hard to overcome, but there is a solution. No matter what your challenge, someone before you has shared the same difficulty. Find people who have what you want, are doing what you want to do, are living like you wish to live and model them. If you know someone who has come through a challenge that you are facing, ask them how they did it. Most people are very happy to share their triumphs with others.... you will benefit from their experience, and they benefit through contribution.
